WebActive Effects do work in PF2E, it's just the character sheet hasn't been updated to support it. Dynamic Active Effects also works, but the css is missing for some of it. The DAE button at the top of the sheet will let you manage effects. You may have to manually update items with macros to get what you want going. WebFoundry outputs the item card into chat with the Attack and Damage buttons as per usual, but also would say something like "Charges: 3/5" or even just "Charges: 3" to reflect the new charge count after the item is used.
