WebMar 30, 2024 · Every time I click on the chat icon, a new window pops up with the message "You're in! Welcome to the new Bing!" followed by the option to chat now. However, when I click on it, another identical window appears, creating an endless loop. I have not received any emails from Microsoft indicating that I now have access to the new Bing chat feature.
